Refund policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and overproduction. Because each item is custom printed when you purchase it, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for issues such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we happily replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of being placed. After production begins, we are unable to stop or modify the order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Apparel ordered in the wrong size

  • Apparel that has been worn or washed

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling
